You can get 100 percent embroidered karate patches, which is where the embroidery covers the entire patch. You can get 75 percent embroidered if you just want three quarters of the patch covered. You can also get 50 percent embroidered karate patches if you only want half the patch covered with embroidery. You can also get fine woven patches, which weaves your design into the patch. The result is an ultra fine detailed karate patch, for which the quality is almost on par with screen printing. You can have your choice of borders as well. Get a merrowed border which is a method of sealing the edges to ensure that the threads don't fray. Get the hot cut border which applies heat to the thread creating a bond that prevents them from fraying. You can also get your choice of backing for your karate patches.
